my thottel cable broke last weekend, and got it fix to day. so pop down to the bank in basal comman. where there a dual carragie way. and on the way back om the dual carrage way. a un mark police car followed me. the silly thing its a double dual carrige way in the country side. but there is a speed limt of 50. i know my fault. got up to speeds of 70 and did hit 100. but not for long. he pulled me over show me the video and said i recive a letter. so whats will happen.

In basic terms, you're nicked!
Sorry to hear that.
What speed did he caution you for? That will determine the penalty. If over 80 you will have to go to court and could face a ban.

If you are reported for speed - which would normally happen with a speed of up to 100 in a 50 - as opposed to given a ticket, then other than possibly a form to produce your documents (a form HO/RT/1) you wouldn't normally receive anything ..... you will just have to wait ! If you go to court I can't imagine you won't get a ban.... dual carraigeway or not.

only clear after 6 months if the offense has not been lodged with the court 6 months from the date of the offense.

If they lodged it within 6 monthts, they can still get you. It can take longer for you to be actually summoned.

Sorry mate.
