As things stand, when we elect any of the currently established parties we get slight variations in the ongoing mismanagement of the broken and bloated state.

Who should a truly radical new parliament exclude from their offices and contact with their former minions on day one?

I'll start with all of ACPO, the First Division Association, Colonels and above in the military and those in charge of civil defence.
