mobile phone v cb radio ?

why is it that u arnt sposed to use a mobile whilst driving,BUT lorry driver ( a law to their own) can use their cb radios and not get done 4 it? yet alone the accidents they cause?

They can still get done for it the same as a mobile phone user´, they should be using a handsfree mic.
