Had car insurance with this broker. Policy expired end of Sep. Still not sent me my proof of no claims bonus (no claims made). Phoned up norwich union for a car quote . Wouldnt quote me cos car over 12 years old. Quote me happy NOT. Anyone else had any problems with ins companies.
