(Some) Bedfordshire cameras not working

I've noticed driving round South Beds over the last few months various new fixed cameras that still have black plastic wrapped round them even though they've been 'ready' for months . Then last night spotted a previously working camera also wrapped in black plastic. Thought some kind citizen was helping the poor motorist but heard on the TV this morning the local authority has admitted there is a power supply problem.
Good news eh!!!
