I agree, lets start at the top with those that should set an example. Taliban, magistrates, chief constables, basically anybody in the beloved partnership.

All speed cameras to be equipped with TOW missiles, 1mph over the limit and BOOM.

Do you mean drivers breaking the speed limit and ACPO guidelines for enforcement, or operators not using the devices to ACPO standards and nabbing people?
