It will affect the larger double wheelbase vans more than the average transit though...

Our lot are getting done. Don't like the tag "tear away". What about tear away cars getting stitched up as well........ or is it a matter of time. Anyhow, just ad us white vans to elephant racing events.

New vehicle 3.5 to 7.5 goods:

First Reg after 1.1.2005 now required to be fitted with limiter. But if used SOLELY within UK this requireemnt deferred to 1.1.2008.

Retrofit existing.

First Reg between 1.10.2001 and 31.12.2004.

Need to be fitted with limiter w/e from 1.1.2OO6 unless SOLEY used in UK requirement will come into effect 1.1.2007.

Bear in mind once limiter in then banned from the outside lane of a 3 or more lane Motorway.
