Stupid question you may think, but what colour envelope does a NIP come in.

Need to intercept before others see it.

Got flashed (two flashes)last night by what I believe to be a digital scamera, possibly at an indicated 41 in a 30.

Haven't had one for a while but, I seem to remember it arrivng in a brown envelope (I was pinged in Thames Valley area). Not sure if this is true for every scamera partnership though.

when i had mine a year ago it was in a white envelope, but on the back it had if undelivered, return to .....and gave the address of the local cam partnership.

it was a while back summer night(99/00) traffic car on long staight stretch of 60 limit 1½ mile visablitiy, I saw the car and slowed to about 70 thinking them unlikely to come out given visability/empty road position of Traffic car, "Flash Flash" 1st encounter with mobile camera sitting on tri-pod 71mph. Own fault for assuming the trafic car wouldn't pursue.
Prime example of camera's not enforcing acceptable driving (assuming if the officers had assumed my speed to be dangerous they would have pursed in an attempt to stop)
