Has anyone else noticed that a few of the Gatsos on the A68/A697 (South east Scotland 
)have (rescently I think) gained SPECS logos above the GATSO logo on the front bottom right hand side of them??...
Does this mean that they now include numberplate recognition and can calculate average speed between cameras, or is this a red hering and completely irrelivent.
