Does anyone know the answer to this one??

If I declare my car off road using a SORN declaration, does
that automatically cancel the "car tax" and get me a refund, or
do I need to declare SORN AND also fill in another form for the
refund of tax?

TIA,

Steve

you have to fill out another form and staple the tax disc to it and send it back.

Yep. This is correct from my last refund (which I did on 3rd Feb last year 'cos I was too lazy banghead).
