I've got a horrible feeling I might have been caught on camera doing over 100 by a police car sitting on a motorway flyover.
However, if I was wouldn't they have come after me or do they just stick the fine in the post?
Thanks.

First question - if it was me - would be "was I doing 100mph, or was it only an indicated", if it's the latter at least I wouldn't be worrying about my license.

some of us are un/lucky enough to have a very accurate speedo, at least according to sat nav.

Still i suppose it makes up for my midget that reads a maximum of 70mph, and has an actual vmax of 120!

He shouldn't need to be worrying about anything, but good luck anyhow.

Best wishes all,
Dave.

I had been doing a *ahem* bit more than 100 and was slowing down when I saw the car. They had one of those hand held jobbies so I figured he couldn't have taken a good enough picture when I was further away. I may be wrong however...

I don't think the hand held jobbies take pics, from my -ERR- limited experiance.

Police cars come after you. Camera vans send you something nasty in the mail.

Anything else is very unlikey.

I'd prefer a curly sh*t to penalty points!

My speedo reads 105mph at a GPS verified 104.
