Just got a speeding fine for doing 59 in a 50. Couple of questions, there is an offer of a £60 fine and 3 points but there was no photograph of the offence. Should it come with one? Has anyone got any experience of the Driver Survival Manual which is suppose to give some inside info on speeding offences.

Driver survival manual is full of information that is completely out of date, so I wouldn't recommend it. (I bought it for a friend for Christmas and was very disappointed)

You have been offered the first stage of proceedings i.e. the Conditional Offer - pay 60/3 points.
The idea of this is to free up Court time and that those who are willing to accept the fact that they have been caught speeding can have the matter dealt with quickly with the least inconvienance. It is not a stage where SCP have to trot out their evidence or supply photographs. That comes later undxer disclosure rules when alleged offence is not accepted to be dealt with under the CO but Court case elected.
However, some SCP's do supply certain details/photo on request.

thats right but if you're bang to rights pay up - less heartache all round - if you disagree then go to court with it and get the piccys
