Petitions to the PM

Plenty of information on the road pricing thread about the current petition (by far the most supported since this website began, by the way), but I have been ferreting around looking at other current petitions on the site. (OK, so I've not got much else to do today!)
Some of you might be interested in this:
"We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to Come clean about the FAILURE of Speed Cameras to reduce accident rates and then abolish all forms of automated speed detection.
The Governments own published statistical evidence points to its failure to reduce road casualties by Automated Speed Detection.
This has resulted in an increase in accidents and death rates, but a reduction in Police Offices on traffic duty.
Scrap the cameras and camera partnerships and increase the number of traffic offices."
