This question popped into my fertile brain ( no comments please) while asleep.
Can you confirm whether the following is true or false?
Do KSI figures where speed is the attributable cause, include those drivers who are:a) disqualified b) being persued by police c) drunk drivers d) joyriders/car thieves etc???
Im thinking that they probably are, but surely this would be completely wrong?
Reason being that we arent talking about "normal" accidents, as a "joyrider" (i hate that term) being persued by police is not a licensed driver.
Maybe you can comment? Replies appreciated and thanx in advance.
