Capita receive letter-bomb

Capita - who run the London CC (among other things) received a letter-bomb this morning. One employee was injured when it exploded. The building was evacuated - Streaky

I am sure there is a helluva long list of disgruntled people who might post a nasty letter.

Sounds like "dog (i.e congestion chargers ) bite man (motorist)= no story.
Man (i.e motorist) bites dog ( CC chargers) =big story.

Ah, so they're responsible for this ineptitude too. What a pack of jokers. For the last year or so I've been getting monthly letters telling me they're sending "Enforcement Inspectors" cos I've not got a licence. Which is strange because I have in my possession a bit of green paper with TV Licence written on it. These letters are for an address which does not in fact exist but is quite similar to mine.

I'm desperate for these numbskulls to show up on my doorstep. I've a little plan for them which involves directing them to the non existant address. This is to be found down a very bendy, rutted and muddy farm track near my house and which leads nowhere other than the world's bigges puddle of cow manure. Their Fiesta van will become stuck, of that I have no doubt...
