M20 - London bound, downhill section just before M25 exit.
BIB parked up watching.

I witnessed an identicle car to mine travelling at nigh on a ton past the BIB. I hope for the drivers sake that he wasn't zapped. BIB did not pursue.

At that point VASCAR is used to time cars. In general there 90 would be safe without being pulled. Also worth knowing that as you head down wrotham hill towards junction with M26 coast bound that the camera van sits on the bridge as you end the hill down.
