OUTLAW help needed!!!!

now that ive found out i can get my license back without having to take another test. Ive got a new problem.

Because this has been going on for like a year, I never sent off my provisional with my pass certificate because I thought theres no point if i gotta take the test again. ( Thought id be getting points ). on the 10th october this year it will be 2 years from when I had first passed my test. Now my ban lasts until 14th april 2004. By that date my provisional liscense will have expired, because you have 2 years from the date you passed to send off for your full liscense.

Now that the court have got my provisional and my pass certificate. What do i do????

I dont want to take my test again.

but dont understand why the court has you pass cerstificate m8.

the court should pqass it to the dvla anyway

my guess is you can still send the pass cerstificate to the dvla and you will have a full lisence but thewont give you it till bans up.

personaly i would ring dvla and see what then say

my guess is your be ok and will just get a full licence back after ban.

and paying yet more money to do it again? Hey, I failed my first test and riove it a damn sight better than my second when they passed me!

With Outlaw on this one...phone the DVLA...they will have seen this loads of times before...likely that the court will send everything over, and they'll validate your full license, ten revoke it!

personal cant see how anyone can fail the test its so easy.

nor can I....he didnt like me...and had a glass eye which was incredibaly offputting
