Ok, I lost my licence 18 LONG months ago due to being completely dumb (drink driving), I took the course (which was bloody good), and they told us that we are required to get a blood test done, before the DVLA return the licence.
Just wondering if anyone know's a bit more about this and what I am meant to do ?
I presume they will send me a letter ?

Thanks for any help !

Actually my insurance is cheaper than before.
Part of the course was for us to get a minimum of 3 quotes, and 90% of the class would pay the same, or about 5% increase.
Just a myth man.

That's outrageous!

Should be anabsolute bum-reaming for DD...but hopefully you're reformed and won't even consider it in future.

Why should he be "bum-reamed"?

He got caught DD.
He was fined.
He lost his licence for 18 months.

He has paid the price of his error as required by the law.

Does the thief who's caught, after breaking into your house and nicking your telly, have to pay double for a TV in Currys when he gets out?

I've said it before:

DD and don't hurt anybody.
Speed and don't hurt anybody.

What's the difference?

DD and hurt someone.
Speed and hurt someone.

What's the difference?

We've all been brainwashed into thinking that a number stated by the law is the right limit.
Sometimes it is, sometimes it isn't. It's against the law but then the law can be an ass.

How long before people are demanding "bum-reaming" for doing over the ton on empty motorways?

difference between speeding and drinking

i can speed safely

i can't drink and drive

try getting pissed and doing gran turismo

my reactions are shit and i am experienced driving without alcohol

so i know how to drive without alcohol but not with it

also judgment is impared with alcohol

when i speed i can stay on my side of the road and follow safe procedures regarding lane disicpline

people cant when pissed

followed one the other night spooked by a bus darted into a parking space and then back iout infront of me

almost hit 2 cars comming towards him and only missed as they moved out of their way

DD is bad Mmmmmm kayeeeeee

Ps this is Pistonheads Speed matters not Pissheads drink matters i thnk you might have miss typed
