Just seen something a bit odd

Sitting in my office, I can see the front of a car (the rest is hidden by a building). The car is parked with the rear against the wall of the building & in front of this car is another car (effectively double parked, both perpendicular to the road).

The headlights on the first car come on, I see the reflection of them on the front of the second car.

Then a blue strobe comes on (like the Police use). The the headlights flash on/off independantly (like the Police).

The car pulls away & is a silver Omega (didn't get the reg), nor did I get a look at the driver.

The building/location is a non-descript, slightly down-at-the-heel office opposite a bus depot.

So my (naturally suspicious) mind fires up. Could this be some undercover thing, or something I should report to the locals?

Whatever you do don't tell anyone other than the police! If its a bust, you should be fine but it would be more exciting if you had cracked a massive crime ring!

Reckon I've sussed this. There is a security company based in the office in question, stuff like ANPR etc.
