That fat ginger bint - absolutely unbelievable rolleyes the mind truely does boggle. What an irresponsible retard. Pisses me right off when im literally paying thousands for insurance.

Penalty isnt tough enough - getting your £50 car taken off you for not paying insurance which would cost many times that simply wont work. What use are points or bans when having not license is of no consequence to them anyway.

She was unbelievable.

Got another car within 15 minutes. Put her kids in it with no seatbelts/licence/insurance.

yes but she was given a 2 year ban for driving without insurance or a license

2 year ban thats going to stop her

2 years of not having a license because she was driving a car when she didn't have a license

yep thats solved

Though more shocking she was 25 she looked well into her forties

She'll probably keep driving.

She'll probably keep getting stopped.

She'll eventually get a custodial sentence.

What really grinds my gears is that she was:-

driving an untaxed, uninsured sh*theap with no license with kids in the car with no seatbelts whilst pregnant whilst on bail for affray with an offensive weapon, then did it again in a different untaxed, uninsured sh*theap within 15 minutes.....

...and the censored still wasn't arrested!!!!!

I know Andy Torkington*, the officer that said that, and he was very definitely taking the p1$$ out of her when he said that.

If she kills someone, she'll get jailed quicker. But she will eventually get jailed if she keeps driving while disqualified. Not ideal, but that's the law I'm afraid.

But why wasnt she even arrested the second time? surely she warranted taking to the station and inconveniencing a bit more than the removal of her £50 car??

What would she have been arrested for?

At the time that was filmed, there was no power of arrest for driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence, other than under the provisions of s25 PACE 1984*, which has now been replaced by the new SOCAP powers of arrest.

*and off the top of my head, I can't think of any of the "general arrest conditions" that would have been fulfilled to get her into custody.

So

No licence
No Insurance
No Tax (assumed)
No rear light
Front light out
Kids not belted in

Stopped and car removed (but nothing else)

15 minutes later repeats the exact same list of offences

She deserves exterminating, but I guess she wasnt speediong so thats ok.....
