Police car parked up on the opposite side

Can I still get busted from the BiB parked up on the verge on the other side to me? I heard it was Talivans/Partnerships doing the speed hunting stuff.

I guess technically the police car could have used VASCAR to do time/distance on me.

75-80 mph overtaking on a NSL A road

(60mph limit - no barrier - 70mph Dual carriageway later).

This was N.Wales - bandit territory ;(
