Is it coincidence that since PH's new owners took over, there has been nothing in the way of news here?

Perhaps because the Govmt seem to have gone quiet over the failings of their flawed road safety policy in readiness for Blair's retirement?

Or that the new owners of PH do not want to be seen to be speaking out against the establishment?

I wonder???

First I've heard about this.... I shall do some digging.

I'm just waiting to see what happens now that Steve Callaghan has taken over Safespeed.

PH now owned by Haymarket.

What speeding news were you expecting though? Maybe its also to do with the fact that the Safety camera system has changed as of April?

btw our local scamps have changed name and setup. Presumably new accounts, new records, God knows what else.

Is this the same countrywide?

ie Safety Camera Pratnership is now Safer Roads partnership.

Oh by the way, sorry lads but the serving guys on here who want to distance themselves, understandably and laudably, from the activities of the scamps, read the pratnership agreement pdf pages 5 & 6.

The section starts:- West Mercia Constabulary will provide all the staff, vehicles, equipment, accommodation, Central Ticket Office functions and other facilities necessary....

You should have joined HM C&E, enforcement combined with revenue collection....

puts wooden spoon away.

They must be short of cash if all they can use is the most technically inept photographer in the country.

It's not the photographer's fault; faced with the scamera, the driver has decelerated so much that the vehicle is now travelling backwards - Streaky

also on that safer roads pratnership site*, have you noticed that in the protocol they declare the actual enforcement limits, exactly less than < (PL +10% + 2)mph = no action??

* upon proof reading I found that a typo had occurred in the section which reads

"safer roads pratnership site, have you.." to "safer roads pratnership shite, ave you..."

I heard over the weekend that Blair was putting together the 'final building blocks' of his legacy that 'will stand the test of time'. He hasn't got a clue....

Oh good grief! Will the wretched man just go, quickly please, and not bother about any building blocks.

Best wishes all,
Dave.

There is one today - timely reminder about the prog on R4 8pm tonight.

As they say on theJazz, "listen Up".

Only if he takes a large bottle of arsenic, and pops it in the Evian at the next Cabinet meeting, with a large suicide note apologising for fecking up the entire country. And a few other people's countries with him.
