If I'm driving down a duel carrage way, with a crash barrier down the middle and camera on the other side goes off, can I safely assume that theres no chance it would have been for me. I was on the inside lane. So that would be 3 lanes + 1 barrier it would have had to flash me over?
Was the camera in the central reservation or on the other hard shoulder. If its the later you should be okay.

I reckon you shouldn't have any problem.
