This also applies to that time your stopped on the road.

1. Haven't you got any 'real' criminals to catch.

2. Were you bullied at school.

3. Obviously just jealous of my/ the op's nice motor thats why x, y or z happened.

4. Labelling all officers corrupt or lazy.

Off the top of my head these things will most likely put the back up of the chap or chapess posting. Also they are things that detract from the discussion in the thread (and may lead to harsher treatment at the roadside [although as VH will say the attitude test makes no odds to how you deal with someone- honest])

hehe That's about as dumb as saying the same thing to the Doc just prior to a full rectal probe...

Do you get any credit for

"Its a fair cop, guv, you've got me bang to rights I'll come quietly officer." ??

I've used the words "With respect, i think i can see why you think that, but If I can explain how I see it, I might be able to get you to change your oppinion"

This very statement has resulted in down grading the end result to ONLY being required to give a producer twice.

When I actually Meant "You get dumb wit, nobody but an arrogant little tt like you could possibly think that"

hehe Its obvious why I'm not a bib because that statement would get my back up and I'd be giving your motor a quick road side MOT too hehe

I have used almost exactly the same words myself - I think that is the best way if you are really innocent of what you are accused of.

However, I still had to go to court to be found not guilty...

So much for the 'attitude test' then!

I know that is said in jest, but I honestly think that the posts from Vonhosen and others are of great quality and use to the general public - and wouldnt mind a jot if indeed they were paid extra to give the insight they do.

He now have 'community police officers' etc and I dont see that this is any different and performs a much more effective job.

I started the conversation with "Good Morning, how can I help you, I trust it's nothing too serious"

I do sound like a wanker don't I?
