Nicked @ 121mph A55 Anglesey - any advice/likely outcome?

Got nicked by a hand held speeding device in a traffic car parked on an exit ramp hard shoulder on a bend. Reasonably confident I wasn't doing more than a ton, but the reading was 121mph @ 85 yards? Are these things often inaccurate? No paperwork given to me nothing to sign, is that usual?
