Parking offence code B28N or BZ8N

Morning,

Can someone shed any light on this offence code please?.
I think its parking within a certain distance to a junction.
Ideally would like the regulations involved.

Not on my list for PCN nor elsewhere on the Box other than FPN for NI which quotes parking within 15 mtrs of junction as 50.08.024

Confirm PCN or FPN, who issued?

It was issued by local BIB.
Under offence code it looks like B28N or BZ8N.
Can't read anything else as the handwriting is awful!.

If the B was an E that would mean endorseable but nothing on my list anything near.

Can only suggest you go to the lions den and enquire.
