How many police officers have been killed in the line of duty if you want to start a tally then?.

Was it lawful or unlawful though ?
A small detail maybe to your mind, but an important one don't you think ?

To be fair, he may have meant it as a reflection of society and the increasing gun crime as oppose to the brave officers who have to live with killing someone and the prostate-exam-of-an-investigation they will now face.

No. One of the passing idiots who drifts in from time to time if you ask me.

Err.. shall we give the OP a chance to defend his thread? Or shall we just 'shoot first and ask questions later'?

And i do NOT for one minute want this to be a pop at anyone (especially innocent victims of the internal witch hunt that is now under way).

What are the reasons for the post and why? Maybe it is a question that needs answering before we go for his/her throat?

ps - Note no smileys as this does not warrant them!

This thread should be tumbleweed unless the O/P can add anything constructive?

I think the OP should off. On the same day, we have http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/beds/bucks/hert...

Who deserved it more?

Does the OP really think that this bitch was killed for a laugh?

The anti-BIB posting on this forum is starting to piss me off a lot. I break laws all the time, but have a lot of respect for the police and the work that they do.

Sad day for all.

BiB have very difficult decisions to make under great stress, they'll have to live with this for the rest of their lives but have volunteered to put themselves in that position for the publics benefit.

It's not done lightly and they now have investigations ongoing that will look at every minute detail of the incident with no stress and loads of hindsight.

A woman lost her life, suicide? unbalanced? criminal? I don't know, she is dead though.

Think how different this could have been - and it's a very common occurence:
