NIP WITH A DIFFERENCE

IM BLINDED A BIT BY ALL THE REPLYS POSTED ON HERE ABOUT THESE NIPS, BUT ANY ADVICE ON THIS ONE WOULD BE GREAT.... SO HERE GOES.
I HAVE JUST COME BACK FROM A GREAT WEEKEND IN WALES WITH THE WIFE ON THE BACK,AND MY MATES ON THEIR BIKES, GET HOME FROM WORK TODAY AND FIND THIS NIP IN THE POST FOR DOING 39 IN A 30. THING IS THOUGH I HAVE JUST BOUGHT A GIXER 1000 AND TRANSFERED MY PRIVATE PLATE FROM MY OLD FIREBLADE TO THE GIXER.
THUS RESULTING IN THE NIP SHOWING THE CORRECT NUMBER PLATE REGISTERED TO ME BUT THE MAKE OF BIKE BEING ONE THAT IS INCORRECT AS I NO LONGER OWN IT (PART CHOPPED IT FOR THE GIXER). PLEASE HELP !!!

OH AND THE OTHER THING IS ...... THE NIP SAYS THAT ITS BACKED UP BT PHOTO EVIDENCE BUT I DIDNT RECIEVE ANY PICTURES WITH IT.

If you write to the camera people and ask for the picture - they'll probably send you a copy by return (a friend from work (North Wales) received it within about 4 days)

You have 28 days to return the NIP

well, you may be in luck - if the pic reveals your old bike, it's someone else... so prove it, and tell them to go forth and multiply (f**k off).

Second, if it comes to it (and it *was* you) - fill in the NIP, but don't sign it! make 'em work for their blood money.

The rozzers aren't obliged to send you pics I'm afraid.

I'd see a brief. The rozzers have their facts wrong. Must weaken their case.

I was once issued a ticket with incorrect details and paid it. Regret it to this day.

if anyone is interested, i think i might have got away with it!!!..... sent the nip back, didnt fill it in and didnt sign it, but what i did do was send a letter telling them although i do remember being in wales that weekend i dont remember being on that particular road mentioned on the nip. also i own and ride a suzuki and not a honda... could they please send photo evidence to back up the alleged offence so that the matter can be cleared up as soon as possible. the letter i wrote was not signed either. that was in the second week of june and since then ive heard ZILCH....NOTHIN....ZIP.......WHOOOPEEEEE!!!
