DVLA Help - Been issued tax renewal for former car

We sold a car in January this year. Sent off the V5 to the DVLA. Then got a car tax renewal form through this week.
What can we do?
At the time of the sale I got a signed piece of paper from the woman incase she incurred any speeding fines etc but I cant find it anymore.
The woman who bought it contacted me through the ebay auction I had started for the car but the sale was concluded outside ebay.

Sounds like the v5 and/or the new keeper tear-off section never reached the DVLA,they normally send out an acknowledgement letter to you (the seller)upon recieving the change of owner details i believe?
I think the vehicle will remain in your name unless the DVLA recieve both sections of the reg. document.
