PARKING TICKETS (overturn / get cancelled)

Got a lovely ticket from one of those 'sex-change' parking wardens ,,,,,

However they put the wrong details on the ticket -

Reg - correct
Make - they put peugeot , should be VW !!!
colour - correct .

Does anyone know the legal expression for "get lost you did it wrong i dont need to pay it" ????????

If they've got the right reg you're cocked if its a council ticket.

If its private, different ball game.

Warden will no doubt have a photo of said car.

If you were incorrectly parked and the only error is the wrong make then because this is not mentioned at law for PCN I am of the opinion that you are stuffed. Pay before they invoke the increase in fee.

Parking has been decriminalised and Mags Court has been taken out of the equation. Now first line of appeal is to the LA. If they reject then next down the line is the Parking Adjudicator.
