just been watching the local bbcTv news.

Yesterday there was a serious crash at a netorious black spot, two mini buses and six cars, two old dears in the mini bus killed. By co-incident the local MP - I know her husband, so be polite - had a question in Westminster. The under deputy Transport man says the Hant's Speed Camera Partnership are to put two camera's on this stretch (from memory it's now a 50, with 40 over the roundabout) The road is straight but with hidden dips and turn offs to local roads.

Let hope they put the cameras in places like this where they are required, not elsewhere as tax machines. Of course if the Tory's hadn't run out of money, the dual carriage by pass would have been built by now.

Be careful out there!

Sorry for a sombre post, is this the right forum?

Hear Hear.
I echo this, when I hear adverts extolling the virtues of what cameras give us in society and how much they are helping save lives, it is good to hear an area where there is just cause, i did hear about this accident, sounds really bad.
