You weren't doing too bad up til that point. Driving above the speed limit (even if you don't know you are) is also illegal...

oh yes and 2 miles down the road there was a crash. shame the un mark police car pulled off. becuase there was a crash because some one was to close to another car to the back of and there where traffic lights what change to red very quick.
...and the policeman not pulling off would have done, what, exactly? Given him a ringside seat?

well yes we all break the law. i but my hand up. i done it for many years and will for many more. but speeding on a empty road in a car that can do speed at that speed and safe. yes is breaking the law. yes im taking the 3 point and happy to take them. just asked if they dont have to show me the evidence. because i have no idea if i was doing that or not. and the reason i siad if the un mark police car could seen the idoit in his van up the back of the car he could of pulled him over for dangours driving. that what i was getting at.
He doesn't have to show you evidence at the roadside. If you want to see it in that vase you'd have to go not guilty.

the other day was driving. and came to a round about and a car was messing around there was no one there and he was sitting there so when we did move i put my foot down on a dual carriage way and pass him then a 50mph zone came up so slowed down. any way a un mark police car pulled me over. and said he recored my speed at 90. ok i know this sound unlikly but i don’t know what speed i was doing. but i would of thought he would have to show me evidence of doing it. all he did was ask about the car and got his book out and gave me 3 points and 60 fine on the spot. i think he was in a rush so i siad ok. but when i was driving away i was thinking he should of shown me my speeding by video. any way just thought I would ask, frst 3 points i got so far. and been very lucky for the last 12 years so only just getting 3 points now is not that bad. but would like the police to find the people who stole my company laptops that where stolen from my office. oh yes and 2 miles down the road there was a crash. shame the un mark police car pulled off. becuase there was a crash because some one was to close to another car to the back of and there where traffic lights what change to red very quick.
You're post would be a lot easier to read if you used capitalisation at the start of a scentence. smile

At which point it becomes a really simple task [errmmm yeah] to get the evidence disclosed...

You saying you got done for 90 in a 50? If so, that's a bargain - stop moaning.

You drive around 60K a year.

Is that for your work as a literary critic, or English teacher?
