I was behind a van on a sliproad joining a motorway this evening and witnessed the driver reach out of his window and drop a can of Kronenbourg 1664, which had some liquid in it (it splashed a bit).

Apart from the littering, and assuming it wasn't wee-wee in the can, would the police be interested in this?

Absolutely, some tosser reached in to my car while I was rolling a joint and stole my can of 1664 while I was parked at the lights. Was looking forward to making a crack pipe from that can.

Doubt it, though it's bloody iritating when you see stuff like that.
