I for one dont condone this coming from a vxr background...Most vxr drivers that i know or associate with have a general respect for the law regarding speeding and i know that any meets or convoys to vxr orientated events such as touring cars etc the speed limits are always observed as part of the rules and regulations of the club!!!!

This is plain lunacy....

Sorry, don't buy this for a second. Pretty much every VXR car I see on the motorway or in town is attempting to warp the laws of physics. Doesn't seem to be a function of driver demographic either (well, apart from the "I bought a VXR" demographic).

Monaros seem to be the exception.

Just some balance,have seen quite a few VXR's and not been driving badly at all, well most of them.

Always a few bad apples in every pot.

you could see in one of the videos they where young asian males, i mearly pointed out they didnt sound like your stereotypical young asian males . . . .

It probably can hit an indicated 160/170mph on the speedo, especially if it has had a few mods - I know Focus STs can.
