On my journey home the other evening down the M3 I saw a van sitting on a flyover - straight to 70mph and cruise control on thankyou very much.

However - the question is, if they *ARE* going to do you for an offence is the ticket sent to the address of the registered keeper of the vehicle or is it sent to the address on the driving licence of the registerd keeper (not sure whether they can make that link).

Reason being I've just noticed that my licence is still registered to my *OLD* address from about 3 years ago! (Car is obviously registered to the correct address.)

I'm pretty sure its the address on the vehicle registration.

Definitely its the address that Swansea have, the one on the registration.
