On a more serious note, send that picture to your local BiB station with attached note.

Would the BIB do anything, wouldn't want any comeback etc Its just they are having quite a few near misses with other traffic, the guy just span it in front of an oncoming car. The road they are using is a rat run and very busy. If you had a collision where would you stand as its so low, vans etc can hardly see it coming. I will post some more pics later now I have my zoom lens ready.

A lad round the corner from my mum started driving around on a kart. Unfortunately for him he lost control and went straight underneath a parked Transit and was decapitated.

The kid needs getting off the road before he or some member of the public is injured or worse.

Best option would be to phone local Bib anonymously or even crimestoppers 0800 555 111 giving time of day it's used, and name and address of perp if known. It really needs seizing, and the best solution would be for bib to catch the little dweeb on it.

They obviously watched a docu on the making of Lewis Hamilton one night when they had sniffed a little too much lighter fuel and so to this.
Maybe its a Mclaren training run?
