They've supposidly covered 2 cameras on the A41 between Aylesbury and Bicester because they're too well hidden (according to the rules they say )

IIRC Ones hidden directly behind a sign just as you come up over the brow of a hill

For information there are 3 similar gatsos with a green canvas type bag over them in the Penmaenmawr - Conwy section of the A55 North Wales expressway. I have been doing that trip for last 2 months and each time I expect them to be uncovered ?

Anyone know the reason ?

Its all a trick...look closely and you can see the scamera van parked just behind it.......

.... and also don't forget the holes in the bag for the lens and flash to be able to function.
