AnyOne Know the Speed Limit on A57 Warburton Bridge area?
Discussion
Sister-in-law tell me she drive this road the other day. She say every single lolly on this stretch has its limit blacked out. As have the side roads. She say it been this way for months now. There are new huge signs though - saying "Police Enforcement Area with SEVERE PENALTIES FOR DRINK DRIVERS" on this road.
So since all the lollies .. including the repeaters have been blacked out.. what speed should one be doing.
(It used to be NSL dual/single.. with 50/40 (also blacked out) on the approaches.)
Are there any other roads like this one?

NSL, then.
Or if there's a system of streetlighting etc yadda, 30.

and if you really need an excuse to wear the tinfoil hat a few photos just in case, for the record you understand.
I hate these situations where the signs are spray painted out.
eg A38 going north from jn with scragetti junction.
The blus signs are, or more correctly were the last couple of times I've drivn that stretch, obscured by grey spray paint.
The problem is that the first signs are fully obscured, yet further along the road they are partially obscured. Either the person doing the job was worried they'd run out of paint and made a half hearted attempt, or someone has partially cleaned te paint off. Point is you can clearly see the sign has been sprayed with grey paint, but also can still read the sign. So does the bus lane apply or not.
On both occasions just used the bus lane and the bus TLs and no come back, but still wondered.
