Ive just been caught speeding again. Travelling at just over 40 in a 30 my speed just kinda crept up but the policeman has said that I may be charged with undue car and attention as well. What can I do ?

Not much you can do. Just hope that they dont prosecute you within two weeks as after that they cant do anything.... So I ahve been told anyway. Go on holiday for 6 months and dont sign any forms?!!
Look at your speedo more often!
The problem was I was driving along in a cycle lane at the time. Can I really be done for this as it wasnt my fault.
