Looks 'interesting', but on their site the demo photos they've got using a Merc still show the plate (however faintly). Any photo manipulation software will allow someone to up the contrast on that and read the plate easily...

hmmmm. But they can't use enhanced pictures, can they?!
So not quite so sure about this. And there is the matter of proving that it was you even if they get the reg.

All they have to do is look at the nagatives(gatso shmatso) and they can usually adjust contrast etc to get a reading. As far as im aware!
