M25 Speeding Crackdown

Mate of mine has just got nicked near Jct 9 (Leatherhead). Apparently Surrey Police have five cars out to nail speeders tonight. From the M3 down to the M23 and including the A3 and M3.

Apparently Surrey Police also have an Evo 8 on order as their Volvos aren't cutting the mustard on pursuits around the country lanes.

Well I cant really complain about this. Unless they are doing people for 76 in a 70 and stuff. Much prefer the trained eye to a metal shitebox.

Any info on what the circumstances were (speed, type of driving etc) Ted?

I am the accused.

101 mph outside lane M25 - too fast of course - saw friendly policeman too late. Still he let me have a go of his laser gun, which was fun.

The 5 cars are 'out and about on a campaign for a few weeks' so drive nice in Surrey.
