The more I ride into work, the more I wish I was one of them!

The amount of newspaper reading, mobile phone calling, make-up applying, lane wandering, non-indicating pillocks out there in cars is unbelievable

PS> Add to that list anyone on a scooter too

Stig, please also add despatch riders on mountain bikes, they are the biggest threat to life and limb around here !

Nah - that defeats the point. In a car you can only see who's directly in front/behind/left/right of you. On a bike you get the drop on every inconsiderate b4stard as you filter by.

Bikes are invisible to most car drivers so it's the ultimate stealth police vehicle
