It must be a record. I have been done three times in three weeks. the first was in my own car which i have taken the points for. The other two were in the compnay car which is a lease vehicle. As i have seen, the NIP goes to the lease company and they then send it back with my details.

I have already claimed identity to the second offence and the "specail offer" of 3 points and fixed penalty has just plopped on the doormat this evening. Can i get away with not signing this document on the same basis as the NIP?

By the way......When the third comes through that's 9 points in total so i might not sign the NIP on that one. i was doing 68 in a 60 for 3.4km detected by specs. Is there anything i can do???

I got three NIPS in 8 minutes. (2 in the same minute)

Rozzers admitted it was a feeble attempt to get revenue and dropped it to the one it legally should have been.

You don't need to sign it... you can always come to court where we will be a bit more generous with the points, and your money.

It's way too late to withhold your signature, your getting points anyway. Your choice, guaranteed 3 by signing or a lucky dip of 3 to 6 if you don't.
