Doesn't apply to me, as I don't ride a bike, but the following thought has occured :-

Even if they have a crystal clear photo, all it's going to show is a someone wearing a crash helmet. Surely any bike related NIP would fall down if it ever went to court? If the photo just shows a crash helmet, what possible hope of ever getting a positive ID? Surely all you have to say is "nope, that's not me gov". How could anyone ever prove otherwise?

Just curious if any bikers had tried that route?

when the NIP comes, as the registered owner, you have to say who was riding at the time. same with cars, most cameras cant see the driver and the owner has to say who was driving.

if you cant or refuse to disclose the owner then the penalty is just as bad (if not worse)han the original speeding offence
