Hi,

I am due to court next Thursday(24th) for doing 93 in a 60 on the A36 on April 7th 2003. I already have 3 pts on my licence from 25th June 2000. In the eyes of the court are these still valid???

I'm pretty sure the courts have access to your *entire* record from DVLA. All will be taken into account I'm sure ... but IANAL.

The points won't count for totting up of course, but may well have an effect on the sentence.
