I hear a Nipcan be rejected by the courts if it is not correct.

Mine is headed up alleged offence detected by camera.

The photos show it was in fact a laser that detected my speed(according to Madcop), fitted with a video attachment to record the evidence. Is this sufficient grounds for a court to reject the NIP, as camera leads you down the Gatso, Truvello path when I should have been researching LTI20-20

Anyway it's been six months now since I sent back the unsigned NIP and I have not heard anything further, hopefully this is all academic!

Any advice much appreciated

Thanks

No.

But then they can't accept it anyway if it's not signed
(allegedly...)
