A big thanks to the driver of a Golf GTI 1* G*V.

I was proceeding along the M1 (J29) on Saturday night coming home from hols in France doing (Mrs U alleges ) about a ton when a Golf flew past me. 2 mins later I'm in lane 3 overtaking someone and I've got the blue lights flashing in my rear view. I thought my number was up but as I pulled over into lane 2 he stormed past me. About a mile or so later on the J30 slip G*V was getting a tug.

So if 1* G*V is a ph member hard luck on the nicking but thanks for drawing the fire away from me.
