Sussex Police Crash Support Unit

I followed a Sussex Police Crash Support unit van this morning on my journey to work. I assume that it wasn't being driven by a police officer, as it was so close behind the car in front it was contiously having to dab the brakes to stop it ramming the Fiesta in front.
Was definitely not sticking to the 2 second rule, however this wasn't dangerous as the car he was following was sticking to the speed limit!
