Although the objectives of Road-Peace may not be entirely aligned with ours, at heart this is something we've been asking for on these pages.
There used to be "accident black-spot" signs, which warned drivers to be extra careful. I've not seen one for ages, and instead we're asked to assume that every Gatso marks a black-spot.
This sign will actually mark out black-spots again. So we'll be able to match up the reality with the Gatsos. I'm sure there'll be 100% overlap....

I'm sure they will overlap - however for some strange reason a new gatso near me has been placed about 500yrds past where all the accidents happen - presume reserch indicates that people slow down before the camera and not at it.
But then I was also confused why they did not just put a no right turn sign as it would have been much cheeper and saved one life in just the past 12 months. (the same spot has that I remember killed 5 people and appears to be just as deadley today)
