it seems that if you are generally a law abiding citizen, but break some small laws, they will come down on you hard, but if you just go for it and break all the laws, you will probably get away scot free, and if not the punishment is no worse anyway!

This is stupid and a complete waste of fine/tax payers money. As has already been pointed out the 'real' people they are after will not be caught by this system, just poor joe muggings again

The American military have a principle they apply to new concepts in equipment and hardware, it goes along the lines of 'its gonna cost $2 billion to develop this system, how can/will our enemies counter it?' if the answer is easily and at a cost of 50 pence they don't develope the system. WTF don't these brain dead morons that think they're running the show apply an once of common sense and judgement, could it be they don't have any
